Very impressed with these lights. They survived 0-10 degree weather including snow, rain, and high winds. As pictured, I covered the AC plug with a ziplock bag to prevent any shorting from water. I just took them down after 2 months and only noticed one light had lost its plastic casing and had wires exposed. All the lights including that one, still work but I covered it with electrical tape so I can use it again next year. The only slight flaw is that the remote does not penetrate walls or doors even when it��s right next to it. I had to make sure the part that reads the remote��s signal was aiming up and out from the ziplock. I would aim the remote from my window to prevent having to open my front door when it was freezing outside. All in all a durable product!

As I've written before, I live way up in a Northern Cascades Mountain Valley. Obviously in a little shack of a home at that. So my Son decided to brighten up my Christmas, in part, by buying these Christmas Lights through AMAZON then hanging them up for me. The white-gold color goes great with the solar powered motion sensitive lights he also bought from AMAZON then installed around our property!!!!! Something about Blue & Gold - they really go well together. THANKS AGAIN SON - YOU KNOW I LOVE YOU TOO!!!!!

Love these lights! Super easy to put up. They are a nuisance to unravel and they do get tangled very easily. They however light up pretty bright and the remote makes it easy to turn on and off if you don't have them set on a timer. They are also very long I was able to do the front of my home all the way across my porch.

I loved the length provided and the remote control options. I have no complaints in this product. My plan is to come back and edit my review next year to see if anything changes. I bought 3 boxes of these lights and had to return one right away because it didn't work. The two that I put up worked wonderfully and were beautiful. I really like these lights when they work. They seem very waterproof, but I haven't had them up long enough to know how effective that really is.

These lights are nice and bright! I like that there is some variation in the length of the hanging strands. They are simple to hang but I would recommend having one person on the ground unraveling the roll while the other hangs the lights. Because there are multiple strands it's easier to hang these if you unravel 5-10 feet at a time so you can always find the "main" string and make sure it doesn't get twisted. The remote is a nice addition but we tend to leave ours on the same setting all the time so we don't use it much.

I set these lights up by myself, so I can attest to the fact that it was not at all difficult. I love the warm glow these give off, and the remote programming so so cool. We can choose to have it twinkle in multiple different ways, which is really adorable. They are perfectly bright, and can be seen nicely from the street. The photo attached was taken from the street actually, showing you how bright these are. Great lights, 10/10.

Some Ollny outdoor lights have an IP44 rating which means they are protected from water sprayed in all directions. We achieve this with strong rubber cables and double sealed caps over the bulbs. And some outdoor lights are IP67 waterproof which means they can prevent rain and water. All indoor use lights are usually rated IP20. So please take a further look at every product description to confirm the IP rating.

The timing function is that when you press the "timer" button, the red light on the control box will light up, indicating that it is working in timing. And the lights will be 6 hours on / 18 hours off.

If you want to turn timer off. Press the "timer". When the red light goes out, the timer is off.
