Returns and Refunds

Accepting returns is subject to the following:

  • We offer returns within 30 days policy, which means you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Items sent back to us without authorization will not be accepted.
  • All returned items must be returned in the original packaging in "like new condition" that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and the carton must include all components and other items originally packaged with the product.
  • Returns are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee, except for manufacturer defects.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return non-defective products.

If I'm not satisfied with a product, how do I return it?

  • There are three ways to contact us:

  1. Online chat window;
  2. Email at support@ollny.com;
  3. Fill in the Return Form.

  • Please provide a very brief description of why you wish to return the product. Usually your refund request will be handled within 3 working days.
  • If you need to return a defective or incorrect product, once the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package.
  • If you return a product without any defects and the returned item is in good condition, we will refund 90% of the payment you made (minus a 10% restocking fee).

How soon should I return the goods once the return request is accepted?

  • When the return request is accepted by Ollny, the returned products should be shipped within 7 days, and a tracking number should be provided. Or the return request will automatically be invalidated.
  • If a return request is invalidated, you may submit a new return request to Ollny. However, if the subsequent request is made beyond the 30 days(after receiving the package), you will not be able to return the item(s) for any reason.

What if the product is defective / damaged?

  • For a defective/damaged product request, please contact us via online chat window or email us at support@ollny.com, with your order information and pictures/videos of the product.
  • If you notify us of any defect within the first 30 days of receiving your order, we will gladly exchange your defective product for the same product title, provided there is still stock.
  • If you don't want the replacement, we'll refund the full paid amount when the item is received.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • We may offer some of our products at Closeout Pricing. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on these items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
  • We cannot accept returns on Gift Cards. Gift Cards are valid for three years from the date you purchase. And they can be gifted to others also.

Products Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund Shipping Fee

  • If the items are without any quality issues, customers will cover the refund shipping fee.

Kind Note: The specific fee will depend on the weight, the distance and the local carrier. Seller won't charge any for it.

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned items, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If it is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please know that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  • The refund amount depends on the specific amount you spent on the order. If a discount code was applied to your order, we will only refund the paid amount.
